The TLS 800 is a lens system that fits in place of the eyepiece to allow connection of an SLR (or DSLR) body. Effectively turning the telescope into an 800mm focal length lens, the TLS 800 has a standard T2 thread and can be connected to the camera body using a suitable T-ring.

The TLS 800 can be used with all ATS and STS models as well as the CTS 85.

Swarovski's digital camera adapter is for the Swarovski S-eyepieces 20x, 30x and 20-60x. It is an ingenious idea but is very simple and functional. It will couple to SLR bodies using the eyepiece as a relay lens, or to compact digital cameras using the eyepiece to produce a parfocal connection.

Digital Camera base

An alternative method of attaching your compact digital camera to your Swarovski telescope is to use the Digital Camera Base. This attaches to the eyepiece and supports the camera by its tripod threads. Two versions are available, one for use with angled scopes and one for straight scopes.

Suitable for use with all ATS and STS 65mm and 80mm scopes. The DCB hinges out of the way so that once aligned it is quick and simple to switch between visual and photographic use and back again. Each DCB comes complete with a balance rail to allow the telescope to be mounted further forward to compensate for the extra weight of the camera.
