Neil Parker

Managing Director & one of the co-founder's of Green Witch.

Neil's background is in the world of professional astronomy where he was Deputy Director of the Royal Greenwich Observatory and Head of its Technology Division. He still carries out consultancy work on large telescope projects and is available to advise on observatories and their equipment.

Lee Sproats

Lee is a professional astronomer by training but an ardent amateur at heart. He has a wealth of knowledge, both of astronomy and of the equipment we sell. He is always happy to provide help and advice. And he's much more friendly than his photo!

Lucy Parker

JOB DESCRIPTION: Advertising & Marketing.

Lucy has a background in retail management and handles our advertising. She helps occasionally to man the phones when we are especially busy and also helps when we attend shows and other outside events.

She offers a female perspective to the business and often advices husbands to add something personal when buying their wife a telesocpe as a present.

Fleur

JOB DESCRIPTION: Guard Dog and Door Bell

Fleur is a Papillon Princess who greets every visitor and makes a fuss of them. Our door bell is a bit temperamental but we always know when someone is there, even if the bell doesn't work.

Papillons are also known as Butterfly Dogs because of the shape their ears make when they prick them up. They are reputed to have been used as sheep dogs and Fleur has all the moves of a typical collie.

She practices on Snoopy the rabbit who also lives in the house, but Snoopy ends up chasing her. We think he's in love with Fleur but she plays hard to get.
