150mm (6") f/1200 refractor on an EQ5 mount. Suitable for all types of visual observation and occasional astrophotography. If you want a massive 6-inch aperture and are working to a tight budghet then this is the combination to choose. But please be aware that this is a large telescope and the mount will not handle additional loads or be stable enough for gusty conditions.

The HEQ5 mount is well-matched to the Evostar 150 and is perhaps the most cost-effective combination if you don't need spare capacity. This version incroporates motors on both axes and can be easily upgraded to fully automated GOTO operation by adding the optional Synscan handset.
