Filter changing made easy

Five positions, with a “click” at every position to make the task a breeze. The filter wheel is only 19.5mm thick, allowing it to be used on almost any telescope.

Made of machined aluminum and black anodized, it has T-threads on both sides and includes a 1.25” adapter and T-male adapter. Suitable for use with any CCD camera.

ATIK's new filter wheel uses exchangeable filter carousels and has large 54mm openings on both sides. Thus the EFW2 can support sensors up to full frame (35mm) format.

The EFW2 also features a slick design, with a slim and lightweight profile. For example, the distance between any Atik camera and the wheel itself is 0mm, while still maintaining the capability of rotating the camera to any desired position. Total extra backfocus needed is only 22mm.

Carousel options include 5x50.8mm, 5x2” mounted, 7x36mm and 9x1.25” mounted. One is included in the price; please select it from the drop-down menu.

The filter wheel has a USB interface and is ASCOM complient. It weighs 400 g and requires a 12v power supply.
